The SUN 3/6K-SG04 hybrid inverter is suitable for residential and light commercial use, maximising self-consumption of solar energy. During the day the PV system powers the loads first, then charges the battery; stored energy is released when needed, and the battery can also be charged by a diesel generator during a grid blackout. The new SUN-3K-SG04LP1 adopts a 24V battery for improved safety, with an IP65 touch LCD, DC and AC coupling, up to 16 units in parallel, up to 140A charge/discharge, and six configurable charge/discharge periods.
