Template notice: this is a starting-point agreement and must be reviewed by your legal counsel before commercial go-live.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the SecurityHub platform ("Service"). By creating an organisation account you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organisation.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your organisation's accounts. You must enable available security controls (including two-factor authentication) for privileged users where required by your risk policy.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other tenants, interfere with normal operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Tenant data is logically isolated; deliberate attempts to bypass that isolation are a material breach.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Non-payment may result in suspension. Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
You retain ownership of data you upload. We process it to provide the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time from Company Settings.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
Either party may terminate per the plan terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
